The Save Sources As command saves the source entities (refer to the Terminology section for further information), layer settings, view, and source-specific settings and defaults in the current project to a new project (.pw) file name. This facilitates reuse of sources from one project to another.
Select File, Save Sources As. A file browser will appear that will allow you to choose the directory and file name in which your sources project data should be saved.
